We extract data every 24 hours from Companies House to provide details of new UK companies. We then use this information to deliver a usable list of new businesses within your defined area.
Recently formed uses powerful programming language combined with a well established web framework. This enables us to deliver a very usable way to browse recently formed companies.
It’s really easy to start using Recently Formed – you can try it out FREE for 14 days! Simply sign-up and fill in a few details. We’ll then send you a log-in so that you can access data on recent and newly formed companies in the UK within your target area. You’ll also be able (if required) to request Director information for new and recently formed companies.
HOW IT WORKS
The Recently Formed lead generation tool couldn’t be easier to use. Once you sign up you will receive your log-in details, giving you access to your new UK company data-sets. This information is ready to easily export into an Excel spreadsheet.
If you’d prefer, you can also choose to have us carry out a mail-merge of the data, so that it’s ready for you to send as a direct mailshot.

The initial idea for Recently Formed came about when Sapien IT was looking at ways to generate additional business. We wanted a way to offer our services to recently formed, UK start-up companies.
